CAMARO UNVEILING, January 9, 2006

"There are no words for what we had been a part of.  The emotions of myself and everyone else ran high.  Scott greeted us all as we arrived at COBO Hall and told us where to go.  After checking our coats, we were released into the show area.  We did see some of what GM had, but went straight for the good spot.  This was provided by Scott himself who told Doug H., this is where you'll see it all.  We stood our ground for about an hour, maybe more, couldn't tell though.  I was too hyped up.  Then, all at once, we had a marching band and a parade of vintage cars and the Camaro video.  Then, with a roar from the crowd, in rolls the new Camaro to the first turntable, then up the brick looking carpet towards us.  With a quick left turn, it was parked by Bob Lutz on the final resting spot in front of us (as seen in Doug Harden's pictures below).  Could life get any better?!?!"
