Met at Midwest Performance Hardware (MPH), 4155 N 1000E (Wally Parks Dr) Suite C, Brownsburg, IN. at 7:00PM.

·         Briefly reviewed the Feb. 2011  meeting notes from our last meeting.

·         Kay gave us a quick treasury update as the the clubs account status.

·         Discussed the status of the club calendar which has been delayed by picture quality issues on all samples made to date. Issue still being worked although it will most likely become a 16 month calendar at this stage.

·         Report for the club showing at WORLD OF WHEELS. All nine cars entered won an award, and the club display won third place. GOOD WORK EVERYONE! Going to have to up our game next year if we're going to beat the Mustang and MOPAR guys!!!

·         Had a good turn out for the CICC/Firebird Club bowling outing. We were victorious again and get to retain the highly coveted (needs repair) bowling trophy!!!!!

·         Steve is still trying to get details on a club day outing at the IMS track for a lap like in previous years. The Speedway is still working out some details for the month so will let everyone know when WE know!

·         We have a club outing coming up. On the 26th at 1:00 PM. We will be touring Ray Skillman's collection again at the Greenwood facility. We will also be meeting for lunch before the tour at Famous Dave's at 11:00 AM. There will be more details on the club website.

·         Also planning a club outing for those that would want to attend to a cruise night in Somerset KY on April 23rd. This cruise in happen every 4th Saturday of the month during the summer and attracts around 2000 cars!!!!!!! Also will be more details on the club website.

·         Steve has been working with Hummel Park in Plainfield for our show coming up on May 7th there. They are thrilled to host us and looks like it will be a great facility to have our yearly show at. The show will benefit HOOSIERS HELPING HEROS again, the Boy Scouts of America will be handling the food concessions, and Matt Lakin will serve as our DJ again! We'll need to work on gathering some door prizes and such.

·         Looking forward to hosting the HOT ROD POWER TOURS stop at IMS on June 8th. Should be an incredible day with lots of awesome cars to drool over!

·         Discussed some upcoming events such as Red's show and the Camaro gathering at Hare Chevrolet July 16th.

·         Did a round of introductions and handed out some more of the newly minted Member Handbooks.

That about covers it!
